我Nov 6在walmart买了一台崭新的xbox,然后在Dec 14. amazon上出了，
寄得时候我记下了serial number，怕有人hack后失败退货因为版上提醒过。Dec. 15寄

但是Jan 14 evil病人来函：
第一封email:
I ordered this product and received before Christmas. We opened product,
product had wrong power cord, we hooked up to identical product we own and
got three red lights on front ring and would not boot up. Went to XBOX.com
and got packing slip to send for repair. Sent to XBOX f
