最近面试了一家非IT类公司 ，开始reference check 了，请问应该问 hiring manager
绿卡的问题吗 ，还是等拿到OFFER了再问，没有经验，应该怎么开口比较好，跪求指

暑假回家给老爸带块表，看上了一个burberry的男表，525刀。不知道burberry的手表

1）建议拿到offer后再谈，因为出offer后会跟你go through所有的benefits，GC Poli
cy当然是讨论的重点之一。
2）跟HM谈一般没用，稍微大一点的公司，这种事情都是HR或者专门的Immigration HR来
经手。

大公司一般有個GC政策, 譬如說入職一年以後辦, 這個是不是一般就定死了?

要买还是买瑞士名表，买这种表跟耐克表没啥区别

你可以问老板。如果你害怕问此类问题会给老板留下不好印象，就拿到offer后再问。
不用担心拿到offer后问会太晚，因为绿卡政策基本所有的公司都是不会写在offer上的。

不用担心拿到offer后问会太晚，因为绿卡政策基本所有的公司都是不会写在offer上的。

Burberry is not famous for watches.......plus $525 is too cheap for a watch.

LZ, unless you are a banker or lawyer or of some sort, no need to own a
bulgari at all.
Omega is actually a decent choice.
Bvlgari is good for its style, but they are not the best watches at all in
terms of mechanics(My goal is to own a Patek Philippe Celestial before 30 yr
old :)).

i prefer in house movement.
most of omega are using eta, or modified eta movements. not really worth it.
nomos is good.
also when people are aging, they tend to move less, so automatic ones might
not be very suitable, a handwind one is more appropriate. plus handwind
watch is alway classy =)
in fact with a bit fatter budget, a lot more to choose.
