Wrong. Builder needs to show many options that can be added to the house.
One often sees a combination of wood floor, stone, carpet in one model. Do
you really want your floor to be that complicated (difficult to clean)? What
about window covering? Landscaping? Don't forget when you buy it, you have
to pay for these at a premium price. So, I won't consider a model home
unless its location is unique, such as facing a park. They usually are.
