因为要回国三个月，所以把自己的apt sublease，我应该怎样收房租呢？是应该让租的
人一次就把三个月的房租交完？还是怎样？大家都是怎么处理的？
附近没有朋友，也没有roommate, 所以也难以让朋友来照料。如果只是交一部分，别人
在我回来前就走了怎么办？或者损坏了家里的东西？谢谢

1，情况是，我是h4,my wife 是H1b, my wife是主申请人让律师去申请485，而我是副
申请，想自己去递交485申请，问题是主申请人的485里关于Eb2申请form-I485,part3
processing information,B, spouse这一项如何填applying with you,yes or no? 虽
然我的申请不是一起递，但是，我的申请是建立在主申请的基础上。
2，还有我是副申请人，我自己递交，我在关于Eb2申请form-I485,part3 processing
