借人气请问一下
平时要是炖个银耳红枣汤什么的
银耳特别不容易融化。。。
请问大家
在美国见过文火煲这个东西么？英文不知道叫什么啊？
还有关于slow cooker，想买个小的，2 quart左右的，怎么都没有可以电子定时的啊？
大家觉得没有定时功能会方便么？

实心不行就上AMAZON，也很多选择

Slow cooker or crock cooker. 电子定时 is not necessary. I have one from
Macys for $15.
Make sure the cover is made of glass, not plastic.

昨天看到walmart唯一的2qt的就是塑料盖子
塑料盖子不卫生是么？

amazon我也google了，电子的最小也要3.5qt
不知道是不是有小的推荐呢？
还有文火煲这个东西看过么？

买个给灯定时的东西就可以20刀不到
接在slow cooker上

一向都用高压锅煮银耳。
先泡一下银耳，再去锅里压压

I have a pot from All-Clad. It is perfect for soup. It holds the heat so muc
h that even after I turned the stove off it will keep simmering for more tha
n 1 hour. It's a little expensive through.
As for the Yin-Er, you have to buy from China. I tried many Yin-Er in Chinat
own and it remains crisp after hours and hours. But the ones I brought from
China melt in 30 minutes. It has nothing to do with the pot.

you can find wen-huo-bao in Chinatown. I use that to make bird nest.

我在costco买的电高压锅，高压10分钟，银耳就特别稠了

高压锅还是属于不敢用的阶段。。。家里倒是有。。。听说亲戚家爆炸过。。。担心。
。。

我太笨了。。。中国买的，我妈给买说一定会melt的，美国买的，试了好多种，泡多于
10hrs，减掉梗，炖4-5小时怎么还不烂啊。。。
