10条里面说我符合3条，但是不属于small percentrage，被拒了。还有什么办法？
我和律师可以再打一次电话，我想想有以下问题，还有其他的要问吗？
1. it mentioned that I can appeal within 30 days. So shall I appeal? What to
take to appeal?
2. From his point of view, why it is being reject? Any where I can make
improvment on the case?
3. You are expereinced, so do you see a lot of applicant with similar
applications being passed or rejected?
4.I would like a complete copy of the material he filed.
5. Can I use the same material to file the same catalog again? Or to file
NIW? Is there a record for the failed filing?
6. Is the new filing going to affect the application our company filed on my
behalf?

重新FILE的话应该不会受到以前的CASE的影响。好多人二进宫三进宫的都过了。不过在不知道你的背景的情况下，很难给出什么建议。

不建议上诉，因为可能会耗时太长，有人超过一年，你在上诉期间没法递同样的1a，所以自己DIY吧，
把那些准备材料重新组织好，bless

没背景大家没法帮你具体分析。一般情况下不建议appeal，太耗时间。
重新递的问题咨询你的律师，一般情况下应该不用再交钱吧！
申请绿卡运气非常重要，说不定重新递一次的话就过了。

承认三条还直接据么?这个比较少见.能否说说背景,大家一起想想办法.

是工程类的，有文章，但引用有限。
有专利，专利获得过奖，但IO说奖不是national或international的。
有院士的推荐，独立推荐人推荐。做过review。
有professional membership， 但是IO说membership是交钱就有的，不是high
selective的。
不知道还能怎样准备一下呢？多谢大家指教。

既然IO质疑你的small percentage, 你就需要具体证明这一点。需要你去找具体材料来
证明这一点
比如说：工程类的faculty相对来说引用和文章不是太多，你是不是可以和那些倒霉的
top 10 faculty比较一下？
不知道你是claim哪三条？不知道你申请之前有没有来本版做过评估？
如果你的membership不能证明是只有small percentage的人才能加入的，那这个不好办
。

关键是要做比较。
（1）文章发表的杂志的档次在你专业领域是不是top？
（2）文章 的引用数在你专业领域是不是远远大于平均引用数（去Web of Science去找
各领域的平均引用数,depending on publication year）

把自己的专业领域定义为非常小的范围 field，然后说自己是Top of this field, 推荐人不会太Embrassing in stating that. Such as Cancer => breast cancer => Early detection field...the more narrow, the more easy to say you are top 5%
1. 推荐信上一定要说你是: Basing on what Dr.AAA did, she has definitely risen
to the top of ...in the field (limit to smallest field, so you would be at
top).
2. Patent should be used and get letters from them.
