背景比较平淡，没有突出可以震住IO的，
美国化工博士，化学博士后，偏材料。7月初递交I140，7月27 日收到pp，8月9日收到
RFE
paper：12 篇：7篇英文一作（其中2片IF9.0以上， 包括JACS，另一片被同期
perspective报道； 其他2片4.0 以上，以及2-4之间的），2片中文一作，3篇英文（一
片JACS,一片chem Comm，还有2点多的小杂志）
citation: 106 times （不理想，第一作的最好的是08年发的有28次）
Review: 38 次加8次revision 12个journals（IF2-10之间都有，IF〉2 （10次），IF
〉9 （4次）， IF〉5 （7次），IF〉3 （7次）
递交140并pp（一个月后）
又有一片IF10以上文章发表，并参加一个conference，
review次数加到46次（加11次revision）
citation:增加3次 其中有篇nature报道引用，评论一小段，还不错。
USCIS 认可了authorship. 对review有疑问：主要是editor发邀请的时候用了我的
nickname（注册的时候随手填的，后悔）后来一直用nickname邀请。IO对此有疑问。这
个问题不是太大。可以讲杂志上profile打出来，如果肯能的话请主编写的推荐信。
比较大头的问题是不承认国际或全国影响力：

are original and of major significance, you may submit:
Objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution to
the field;
Evidence of your work being implemented by others. Possible evidence may
include but is not limited to:
Contracts with companies using of your products;
Licensed technology being used by others;
Any other relevant evidence.
