这个其实是没有关系的。只要人在美国境内，即使黑了也是可以拿绿卡的。
我有认识的人的父母就是入关的时候，OFFICER非常不厚道的给了一个星期！
人家就黑下来了，好在那人马上就公民了，就办了绿卡。

母亲年龄和申请绿卡没有任何关系。但是HIV/AIDS是无权提交I-485的。
继母要提交证明曾经抚养过公民。要不然国内那么多干爹，怎么搞？
instruction里面关于step-parents, step-children都有说明。

required any more.
