标题: 看惯了美国的sitcom，再看中国的就想哭

当然美国的sitcom也有很多烂得不能看的，比如two and a half men，等等，但是象
seinfeld，just shoot me，等等还是很娱乐的，而中国山寨出来的sitcom，看一个让
人哭一个。

Within eight (8) weeks of your joining XYZ you will be granted an option

其实黄白混血最漂亮！
而我观察韩国整形美女，发现她们在保持黄种人特点的同时，引入了白种人的特点，比
如较深的双眼
皮，和较高的鼻梁。整形的目的就是整成mix!

加入公司8周之内，会得到股权(call option,看涨期权)，此时这些股权不可执行。（
不能卖，也不能claim stocks) 得到股权的日期就是授予日（Grant Date，也叫
Vesting Commencement Date）；
这个日期一年之后，可以选择执行（卖掉或者claim stocks)你所有拥有的option的25%
（up to 25%，一般就都换股票或者直接卖掉了，因为拿到option的时候没cost，也不
是为了避险，不用白不用)。
卖掉option就直接套现了；
用Option入股票（注意执行价格，不过估计你的package应该很好），你的情况下是用
（远）低于市场价格的现金，购入股票，比如市场价格100刀/股，你Option的执行价格
是50刀/股。相当于你可以用50美金每股的价格购入价格为100美金每股的股票。
购入股票之后，你就成了公司的股东之一，有投票权。今后股票继续涨，比如涨到了
200刀，你的回报就会进一步扩大；如果跌，只要不跌到50以下，就相当于挣少点而已。
如果现在公司没还公开上市，拿的是原始股股权，之后公司又成功IPO上市，然后股票
在二级市场上热卖，股价飙升，期间拆股、配股，你得到其他option bonus等就不说了
(流口水.....) ，像coke当年，你可以直接退休了.....就请大侠发些包子给大家吧。
说远了....又跳跃了...说回来，Vesting Commencement Date一年之后每个月，你还可
以选择执行2.0833%（25%/12)的股权。

多谢解释。非常详细。
这家公司的确计划几年内上市不过三四年后也就是100M这个样子。option应该会是成本
接近0.
不过0.1% 也就是0.1M，不是很吸引人的样子。
唉，又是一个鸡肋offer
