为什么要卖房(离婚,换工作,银行没收房)?
我问我的agent，人家说是这个不能问的。
谁能解释一下，多谢。

有时头发毛躁，把它抹一点在梳子上，一梳下去就又滑又亮了。
关键是量大，随便用，成份简单，不粘搭。
头发不需要用LEAVE IN 发乳的可以飘过不看。

Not every Amex card has the offer. My HHonors card has it, but Costco Amex
does not.

这有啥不能问的，当然有的listing agent愿意好好回答，有些或者不知道或者不愿意
说，就会搪塞“they are relocating”, 每次我听到这样的回答都会笑笑说“of
course they are”

之前用Avon的leave in的胶囊精华实在太好用了，头发又柔又滑又光泽，可惜最近都没
打折性价比太不好了，正好下次去超市买这个来试试～

这么重要的问题一定要问，我问出来的情况是剪不断理还乱，不过还是知道的好。

you can ask, but they can say nothing to you and your agent. typical reasons
are: job change (find a new job in a different place and lose of job); life
event changes (get married, divorced, someone dead, having a baby); moving
up or down size.

who case how much the seller owns to a bank if it is not a short sale.
seller will take care of that. if it is a short sale or close to short,
listing info will tell you. it has nothing to do with buyer for regular
sales.

的确都是short sale
short sale的价格和owner欠的还是有不少差距的
因为这个还影响owner要交的税

I c. you can check your local county record or so called parcel record. it
will give you some idea about how many liens and how much, but the number is
not very accurate, just a ball part figure.
