After PP downgrade, I got the following email forwarded from my attorney.
The email dated at 03/22/2017.
My PD 12/2013, RD 08/2015
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your application. The I-140
petition has been reviewed and linked to the I-485 application(s).
Although your visa is currently available, USCIS cannot predict the date the
case(s) may actually receive review. If you have not received a decision
or other notice of action on this case within 90 days, please contact the
National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

俺也是一样，而且两边眼睛下都有，没有任何办法控制，能做的就只有勤擦眼霜和
