Sorry. I can't type Chinese by this PC.
My situation is
USCIS website shows
On April 11, 2017, we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form
I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
But today is April 18, 2017.
First class mail should arrive in 5 days, and most time it takes only 3 days.
How can I do? We just finished medical exam, because we think they need new
medical report.
Thanks for your suggestion.

我reseach后发现说两者要一起用，效果更佳。。。ft抢钱啊= =
不过我已经败了一个，还打算再败一个，问题是我懒得买了一个月了还没开始用orz

和RFE的先后没关系。
移民体检的有效期比这个长多了。

I am worried since from my previous experience I got the formal letter fast,
only in a few days after I got the information on USCIS web, but it looks
like REF not same processing time.

RFE更新日期不是邮递日期，一般滞后两天，等一周太正常了。
体检一年有效，跟什么时候收到RFE没关系。

Still haven't received it by today. Can you share how many days you can get
formal letter after you got the update from USCIS website?

If you had a lawyer to submit your 485, check whether his/her office receive
the RFE letter of your 485.
Also if you have waited for more than 3 weeks, you can go to USCIS website
to request a copy of the RFE (Search "Non-Delivery of Notice" on USCIS
website).
