yes there is
coach designs bags that are sold exclusively at outlets which are usually
the most ugly looking, they will also design both outlet bags and retail
bags in the same collection.
but outlet will often randomly have retail bags. I've bought many coach
retail bags at outlet stores. you can tell them apart by looking at the
style number inside the bag, factory styles will have a letter F in front of
the style number, without the F it's a retail bag.

Okay, my point is in the end it is a Coach. When you see someone carry a
purse, the first impression is that's a Coach or LV. No one, at lest not me,
will go further detail as whether that's factory store item or not.
Also I don't see much different from the factory or non factory Jcrew.
