我昨晚place的order，到现在都没出现，是不是杯具了啊我是先直接在bloomingdale'
s大概看来一下能买什么然后从oo的网站进去，发现东西已经在bag里了，好像remove
了一个就直接order了，这样的做法有问题吗？

No, you need to wait about 4-7 days to see the thid and fourth green marks.

这样似乎不行吧，请看OO确认信的这一条：
5) You must click through from the OO’s “Shop Now” link before adding
items to your cart and completing your OO purchase. Items added to the
shopping cart without clicking through the OO link will not be eligible for
the OO rebate.
我也这么干来着，现在发现这条，在想是不是要cancel order，然后再重来一次呢？
另外，请问，如果online order,但是pick up in store，是不是也可以呢?
还有，怎么找到半天，也没有电话什么的可以去问问，有jms有customer service电话
什么的吗？
