We wanted to take a moment and answer some commonly asked questions
regarding the FB2011 Free Polish Promotion.
1. When will my order ship?
We normally ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Due to the
unexpected volume of orders for this promotion please allow up to 2 weeks
for the order to ship from our facility with the FB2011 promotion. All non-
promotional orders should be unaffected.
2. How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the order details and
a tracking number.
3. When do you charge my credit card?
When we first receive your order, we preauthorize your card to make sure you
have funds available. We do not remove any funds from your card at that
time. We remove funds from your card ONLY at the time we ship your order.
4. How can I track the status of my order?
Go to Zoya.com and log into your account.
Click on the “My Account” link at the top of page.
Then click on the “Current Orders” option in the left menu. You can see
what is happening with your order until it ships and is invoiced.
After your order has been shipped and invoiced your order will appear in “
Order/Invoice History”
5. What do the Order Statuses mean?
Order Status H-Approaching Order – This means we have your order and the
order is waiting to be accepted into the system for address, inventory and
various data verification.
Order Status 1-Open Order – This means that your order was verified and
your order is waiting to be qued for the warehouse to start picking it.
Order Status4- Warehouse/Picking– This means that your order has been
assigned a picking que/sequence. Normally this order would be picked within
2 hours however due to the volume of this promotion the picking que is quite
long and your order may be in this status for a few days.
Order Status 8- Shipping – This means your order is waiting to be packed
and be processed through the shipping system. As soon as it does you will
receive an email with your tracking number and your credit card will be
charged.
