老问题了,但还是confused!
假设,我用了spf25的日霜,然后是spf40的隔离,然后spf30的粉底,最后spf12的散粉,那么最后起作用的到底是哪一层呢?
记得以前在国内听说的是最外面那层(即使里面的spf高也会被外面的遮住),在这边
sephora的说是最creamy最thick的那层。。。所以,很困惑,到底哪层count呢???
假设,我用了spf25的日霜,然后是spf40的隔离,然后spf30的粉底,最后spf12的散粉,那么最后起作用的到底是哪一层呢?

哪层work不重要,防晒work就好,有pa+++比较重要,至于指数高低看你在室外呆多久

I can answer your question: I am working on the sunscreen in a big brand US
company.
1. PA+++ is a rating system in Japan. However, in USA, according to the FDA
most recent monograph (issued on June 14, 2011) for the sunscreen products,
the Sunscreen product is in the OTC category. USA rating system is using SPF
and "broad spectrum" labeling system which covers all UVA and UVB for
preventing skin cancer and photo-aging.
2. SPF is NONE-linear relationship to the protection efficacy, eg, SFP 15
protects 93% ; SPF 30 protects 97% etc ...
3. Different sun screen protecting gradients will interact with each other,
or can have synergistic effects
4. in your cosmetics makeups, all of these ingredients work synergistic ally
to make the protection film on your skin.
5. active ingredients will be photo-degraded under the sun shine, e.g.,
avobenzone (one only FDA approved UVA protection organic ingredient in USA)
will degrade about 36% in one hour, so you need to reapply the sunscreen
every 2 hours. but since you have so many layers of the sun screen films, it
will prolong the protection time,
6, However, different active ingredients may have contradict effects with
each other, so , you should take care of your each layer of your cosmetics
you used.
In a word, ALL OF YOUR COSMETICS count

Do NOT just consider the highest number of SPF, as I said, SPF 30 is far
more enough, you will see that there will be NO products more than SPF 50
from next year in US market
To my knowledge, too much high SPF is biologically adverse to your skin, and
I can recommend you some brand of sunscreens in private mail if you want...
