有个急事，请各位大侠不吝赐教：
今天NVIDIA recruiter发email说让我48小时内接受offer不然就给别的candidate，但
我都没收到过offer letter，这怎么回事？title level/ salary/ benefit/ start
date什么都没有。
我可以写信给hiring manager (which is a director) 要offer letter并宽限到2周决
定吗？
我这两周已经schedule了FLG面试，所以我需要至少两三周。

We want to make sure that you’d be able to make a decision within a short
time (48 hours); as you can imagine if things don’t work out with you then
the other candidates are pushed back by the delay.

我买过red valentino，但没买过juicy的衣服，所以不知道怎么比较。你买xs就行了.
red valentino都是true to size.

可以，找offer上你不满意的地方和他们argue一下，一来一回就好几天了
顺带问问relocation的package啥的，来回来去2个礼拜了

没有offer letter正常，但是至少应该电话里口头告知offer的details啊。赶快给他打
电话问问清楚。电话比email有效得多。

哪让你48小时接offer了；就是不想你拖太久，最后招不成你别的candidate也跑了。你

说这种话的，大多不是公司的recruiter，而是第三方(中介）的recruiter

不是叫你接Offer，是要求你48小时答复。
你就告诉他们你能48小时决定，请他们把Offer发过来。
拿到Offer后，你48小时给个答复就行。

你回得很好。This recruiter doesn't make sense at all.
你就说大爷我需要2个星期时间因为还有好多其他公司的interview. 你不等就算了。

easy. accept the offer and put the start day at the future (any days after
your FLG interviews) .
If you get any FLG offer, post your questions here again.
If you don't, go to NVIDIA.

貌似意思是说给了你offer detail之后需要48小时内决定。如果没有给offer detail怎
么决定啊。
你可以说你现在还没有到最终决定的时候，可以现在不告诉我offer detail，等我X周
后就ready了，到时我会48小时内决定的。
另外这年头都是candidate的市场，nvidia的package很高么，也不至于这么忽悠吧

大家都这么死脑筋啊。硬要给了offer letter才能答复么。。。现在签约都是个意向，
你要是观望，人家就不浪费时间和你讨论了。你有诚意，人家才和你讨论细节。
PS：很多offer letter上信息很少，有些连工资都没有，为啥这么多索男坚持要见到这
个东西。。。是申请出国拿offer拿习惯了么？

这是说让你接到offer后，能48小时作决定；而不是从这封email开始48小时作决定。

是让你拿到OFFER LETTER后48小时内给决定。

意思是问你“能否在48小时内做决定。” 如果你说可以，应该发letter给你，然后你
可以接受或拒绝。如果不能，比如你想等2周，就不麻烦了，人家找下一个

接受offer以后，如果又找到更好的，可以又选择不去了吗?
