I came back from the trip last night, I was too tired to use the computer.

身体线条不错，就是上衣的高腰往外突，让我老觉得lz有了。。。
逃走。。。
lz平时做什么运动？身体看着很紧致，学习一下。

够白。
俺总脚着这身衣服跟环境场合不协调，野外活动，下身挺运动，上身挺fashion。

我每天跳大概30mins aerobic dance, 不知道算不算经常健身.

其实我有点belly, 这件上衣可以掩饰一下.
I exercise 30mins everyday.
I recommend this DVD--Cheryl Burke Presents Disco Abs

It's fun to follow the moves. But it's too fast for me,
I use Window Media Player to play the dvd on my computer,
so I can adjust to a slower speed.
ps: to adjust Window Media Player's speed, right click window's top bar,
choose
enhancement -> speed.

ha ha, this is only a small mountain. we drove almost up to the top, then
took some photos.

this 包包, I bought from TheLimited; it has a lot of room and its strap can
be adjust to wear across the body, very practical for travel, maybe not for
climbing :)

我的意思不在山的高低，什么场合，做什么事，穿什么衣服。在户外的这种场合，穿个
T－恤也好过穿件蕾丝小褂。
纯属个人看法，只要你觉得舒服合适，怎么穿完全事自己的事。我在景点见过无数穿正
装时装的国人，在户外活动里还有穿皮鞋礼服的，你好多了，至少还穿双运动鞋。
