昨天上MACYS买东西,也顺便退了以前在Sephora买的$40,今天一看,竟然迷迷糊糊的刷超
了Discover credit limit $2.00! 我昨天下的单都POST出来了,但是Sephora退的没有
ＰＯＳＴ出来！也就是说，如果把退的金额算上去其实没超，那么一般是怎么算的?
但是，如果真的算我超了,会有什么后果？会有罚款和降低信用分吗？我该如何补救？
马上还一些钱可以补救吗？我准备等会就去退一些货（＄５０），这些做法有帮助吗？我刚才看了一下,
昨天买的东西还是pending, 如果cancel transaction，是否比return好呢?因为没有post，是
这样吗？还是cancel 跟return 没有什么区别?
