刚刚帮家人在东航定了机票，感觉比较诡异
1）chrome订票，在点击payment之后弹出一个tab，tab里面什么都没有，只有"Please
wait..."。
2）然后过一阵收到email，说order review notice，意思如下
We are confirming your order and will let you know the transaction results
in another email within 48 hours. If the transaction fails, we will refund
the money to your bank card within 7-14 working days.
To protect the interests of the card holder and prevent counterfeit trades,
we may require passengers to provide the bank card used for the online
ticket payment and the ID card of the bank card holder at any time,either
before or after the check-in. If the passenger fails to provide the above
items, we reserve the right to cancel the order or refuse the boarding of
all the passengers in the order.
这登机还要带订票的信用卡和证件，怎么破？难道寄给家人？能否发复印件给家人？
