用fedex deliver个东西，骗子买家死皮赖脸说没收到。fedex trace agent 说 fedex
driver 把东西放在后院了，还给了door tag number. amazon这个变态非要我给骗子赔
钱。请问我可不可以file mail fraud aginst the evil buyer.
报警的话，是报我当地的还是她的。我让她给我police report about the theft,她不理我。

Amazon的evil buyer越来越爱用这一招了，2010被用此手段坑了几次了。第一次是个$200的东西. 后来，超过$100的，我就买signature. 不过又遇到是个$90的，没买，栽了。amazon 的骗子，真是防不胜防呀。。
