关于EB1B I-140 申请offer letter 有一个问题:
必须用进公司时的offer letter,还是让公司重新签一封也可以(可根据网上许多模板写
一封更有针对性的信)?
做过一点Research,好象按规定必须用写给beneficiary的offer letter.版上也有人用
Employment Verification Letter没问题的,好象也有用original offer letter 加
Employment Verification Letter的. 我的original offer letter上没有提到过"
permanent" position,上面有一段这样的话"Your should be aware that your
employment with XXX is freely entered into and is for no specific period of
time. Therefore, you are free to resign at any time, for any reason.
Similarly, XXX is free to conclude its employment relationship with you at
any time, with or without cause." 这封信加一封Employment Verification Letter
会有问题吗?
或者,按照下面模板重新写一封让公司签字? 关于这个option,公司签字日期是不是只要
在递交I-140日期之前即可?
希望有经验的朋友帮忙回答.自己想DIY,所以许多细节需要弄清楚.谢谢!

大蜜曾经建议过，工作两年以上的，应该提供Employment Verification Letter，而不
是当初的offer letter
我DIY的EB1a，最初给的offer letter,被RFE，主要是rfe contribution，但也要了能
继续在同领域工作的证明，所以RFE response时按大蜜的建议，给了employment
Verification Letter，顺利通过

我的律师提交了原版offer letter
另外在PL里面有一段是现在的employement verification

Offer letter addresses to you (the employee), and the Employment Verifcation
Letter addresses to somebody else (the imigration officer for example).
