上个月刚加入Shopper Discounts&Rewards,在drugstore上买了东西，因为drugstore和
shopper都是注册的同一个邮箱，所以我就把drugstore发到邮箱里的order
confirmation 直接forward给m**********[email protected]
很快收到shopper的确认信。以为就完事儿了呢。
结果过了两天又收到一封email，写着：
Thank you for contacting Shopper Discounts and Rewards.
We have received your Cash Back request however we are unable to locate your
membership records with the information provided in your e-mail. Please
reply to this e-mail with the following information:
-- Your original request.
-- Your full name.
-- Your postal address (including zip code).
-- Any additional e-mail addresses you may use.
Once we locate your membership, we will process your Cash Back.
请问各位这个“
-- Your original request”是什么意思啊？
还有，是不是不能光forward order confirmation,还要加上说明，比如我的注册邮箱
是什么，地址是什么之类的信息，每次都要这样吗？
大肚婆最近智商很有问题，请大家帮忙，谢谢。
