最近在淘宝京东等网购很多生活用品，上班没事就翻淘宝，真是无奇不有，很多几块钱

tell the bank it was an unauthorized check cashing.
The bank should be able to reverse the transaction, assuming that person (
the thief) has account in that bank.
If the thief didn't have account in that bank, he/she should present ID to
cash the check. I don't know how the bank can let him/her cash the check
without proper ID. Either way, it's bank's fault and the bank should be
responsible for the loss.
Maybe the bank can even get cops involved and catch the thief?

你要告诉写给你那个人去银行在那个支票做stop payment（那个支票就不可以拿钱了）。然后再写多一张给你。
