do not use your bank / name / address to sell stuff for your "friend" (
especially the friends you meet online on some ads)
you can be in a big trouble - if they use your name to sell illegal software
, you may get sued by the giants like microsoft. believe me, no one wants to
be in that situation.

不只是税的问题~
如果他只是卖些低价格，低利润的东西，然后走一般航空件，你很可能被客户投诉，可
能被amazon封账户。
如果他卖高价格，高利润的东西，走快递，很可能是假货，这个在中国不是什么大问题
，在美国就不一样了。

这2种情况都不是. 现在唯一的麻烦就是税的问题.

然后用individual报税加schedule C. 他说这样简单,但是有15.3%的self-emplyement

我转钱给他买库存的时候,转多了国税局我来找我吗?
还有报税的时候,他给我开的recipet 或者invoice需要多正式?
