Hi there,
Could anyone inform me of technicalities related to gap between two jobs
when on H1B?
I'm currently on non-profit H1B and have a for-profit H1B approved starting
from 10/01/2008...
I'm planning to resign from current job on 09/15/2008. Would the gap of 2
weeks between jobs affect my status..??..Would i be considered out of status
for 2 weeks..??..If yes, what steps need to be taken to avoid that..??
