遇到一个有意思的问题，不知道版内有没有高人能够指点一下。
本人地理小硕，一直做GIS-T分析和Coding工作。偶然的机会认识了一些土木的老师
，经他们介绍，感觉土木里也有不少同行。
马上就快毕业了，开始到处打听工作的事情。感觉现在工作不好找。。。
但是一个以前认识的老师劝我跟他读个土木的硕士。。说土木的硕士毕业了将来更好
找工作。而原老板又劝我跟他读地理的博士，也说毕业了好找工作。。。（这两个老板
人都很好，也很会研究。）
这样我就面对三种选择：1.混个地理的博士。 2.转行到土木，读个土木的硕士。3.
铁了心找工作。
不知有没有大虾能够指点一下哪个选择会比较好。

（本人还比较喜欢做研究，但是对工业界也很感兴趣。）

土木pay的也不高啊
50步和100步而已
编程不错的话
干脆完全转了读CS,EE什么的,
薪水多一倍是很有可能的

找到工作才能薪水多一倍啊。

Geography sucks. Do not get trapped.
If you go with geography, the only way you can go in the future is to be
faculty. Sounds ok? however, there is no strong demand in job market. As
much, GIS is in the same situation.
I used to work with an enginering company where every civil engineer had an
office and all GIS people were in cubs. You see the difference?!

Could you share what did you do to change your major without get another deg
ree?
I'm sick of GIS too
