你们说说去哪做postdoc赚的比较多啊。
申请faculty太辛苦了，眼下心理准备还没好，还想再等些日子。
专业是换不了了，不过地方还可以换换。
听说澳大利亚和欧洲的postdoc给的钱不少，谁知道详细的跟我说说啊。
哪给的钱多我去哪。

前天中午又遇到一堆同事喊吃饭，
然后饼干里的一句是这。难道谁的life不是那样么，所谓红尘滚滚就像花街的指数，过
山车一样折腾。世事总是充满各种离奇荒诞，只是某时某刻的感觉不同罢了。

互勉互勉...
挪威，税前大概70-80K美金，不过，据说北欧税很高，物价高...
日本，东京税前400-500万日元，税不高(<30万），前三年免税，但物价高；
澳洲，今年汇率高，收入高，朋友审过，不知详情。

等我手上的合同要到期的时候好好查查，不用说沙特，只要钱多，埃塞俄比亚都去。

Most people will stay in USA to get green card and be a US citizen, no
matter get more money or not.
If you leave USA, are you a US citizen now?
Do you consider your family and your kids go to school?

USA is a good place, but I don't really see why USA is better than Australia
, EU, or even Japan. The competition is overwhelming, pay is not competitive
, and a lot of pressure.
I don't have spouse or kids, so my current plan will only concern my parents
, who apparently prefer to live in China.

听说是有些给的挺高的，不过好像不是普遍现象。
广告上好像都不写给多少钱，美国postdoc都是faculty的跳板，大家都重视以后的发展
，眼光比较长远。
我的视野比较浅，人比较懒，想找个给钱多点的postdoc，混两年回国算了。

不知道传言准不准，据说很高。
不过根据刚才的数字好像和北欧，澳大利亚和瑞士之类的差不多。

If you don't have spouse and kids, USA is still better than other countries
after you get green card and be a US Citizen.
I stayed in Japan for 5 years, I think USA is much better than Japan and
Europe, do not waste time.
