一个朋友，学的是军校
但是专业是国际贸易
不知道这样的文凭申请美国研究生院是否承认呢

国防科大和长沙理工根本就是两个学校，长沙理工是长沙邮电学院和长沙交通学院合并
而来的

我说的是长沙工学院。。。。。。

There is such a school, and that school is National University of Defense
Technology (国防科大). Changsha Institute of Technology(长沙工学院) is its
alternative name.
