Today I talked to my friend. The situation she told me really makes me upset.
Three cases:
Three guys all went to Maxico for visa. All of them has H1 status in the US.
One got H1 visa in Jan 99 Maxico. The previous stamp on his passport is F1.
The second got rejected in March 99. Previous stamp is B1.
The third was asked to wait for more than one month of material checking,
because her current job is relative to physics. She gave up, not willing to
