As a F-1 at MSU, I have a big problem as below.
I really need your help!!!

My wife is working for a law court.
If she resign from this law court, she'll not
permitted to go abroad within 3 years. So she
asked a He2 Zhi1 enterprise to put an approval
stamp on her application forms for her passport,
but the guy at Public Security Bureau said that
the unit don't have the REN2 Shi4 rights to do so.
The problem is that she has changed the unit
