all the forms are printed, they are all the same.
if ets people are careful, they should be able to notice that, but don't know
how it works.

definately
i remeber there is some where said not to double submit the
same form, otherwise will be double charged.
there have lots of request every day. i guess them not that
careful.

肯定会charge两次
