I think you have a pretty good shot at it. Not all Ph. D students have heavy
research experience before they enter the program. Considering you are in U.S
already and is about to finish a master, chances are improved.Your GRE and
GGPA look not bad at all. Need a bit confidence. If even yourself doubt the
qualification, how can you make other people believe you are good. It also
depends on what kinds of Ph. D program you are targeting. MIT maybe a long
shot but you may have good chance at univers

thanks a lot. I am targeting 20-100th though I will give it a shot for top 10.
just try to get some experience from current CS PhD students. if anybody can
post some personal experience from himself or others, that will be very
helpful.
