What? I've thought tier 1 means top 5.
Tier 2 is 6 - 15.
Tier 3 is 16 - 50.
That is my classification. Guess it does not count.

You know where I am? Admire.
I also believe the rank of your major is more important. And among similar
ranking schools, a good advisor is the most important. Even in the same
department, that makes a big, if not huge, difference.
