My DS-2019 form is from April 2004 to October 2005, but the experation date of
my J1 visa is October 2004. Is there any problem for this situation?

don't worry.
If you are always studying in that university, that is fine even your visa is expired.
but, when you want to go back to China and therafter to return to the US to continue your study, you need to apply for the visa again.
