Based on my case, everything is same as the check you write in USA (may) but
name and processing fee. In addition to PINYING name, one CHINESE character
name is put there.
He can go to BANK OF CHINA for business but need to wait around one month.

any bank in china with international business is ok. you can go to "gong
shang", "jiao tong", or "nong ye". for your safety, better put the receipant's
id#(sheng fen zheng) on it.
