我们于去年七月10号通过学校的International Center申请H1签证延期（I－94到9月
30号到期），11月6号收到移民局发来的要求补充材料的通知，我们学校的International
Center认为他们所援引条款所涉及的材料并不是必须的，就给他们回信指出不需要这些材
料。她们在12月23日给我的Email对此所作的说明原文如此：
（Please understand that this is an error by immigration. In the denial, they
said that we failed to provide a labor certification and they cited the
federal regulations at 8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(iii)(C). Those regulations relate
to the H-2B category, not the H-1B category. A labor certification is not
required for the H-1B stat
