刚进入新的公司，本来我的技术公司用的很少，但是公司还是hire我了，我们team
manager还很nice,说开始叫你学点东西，说实话我进去才一周的时间，但是那个vp确so
mean,基本上有空就来打击一下我，开始说要是上手很熟练要6个月，说给我时间慢慢
来，但是最近问我可以下周就开始写代码吗？问题他们用的语言我都么有听说过forte
，很古老的语言，而且公司大家都很忙，没有人帮助我，我能尽力的工作我都做了，但
是感觉那个vp就天天push我，我么有偷懒，我很努力了，我郁闷级了，同事说那vp就那
样，听你的manager的安排，但是感觉他们没有沟通好，vp认为我一周就完全明白了，
实话说他不懂技术的，我好郁闷呀，感觉要是这样很快要被开的，求助大家意见了，
同时求助职位道路：
按照相关技术的职位：
sql,oracle开发职位（我有点经验）DBA工作（一点没有）
business analyst(一点没有）
java(一点没有）就是码工的工作
也不知道还有什么相关的技术可以短期内上手的，

我觉得还好啊，至少那个VP没有一开始就赶你出去。我当年面试就遇到过不知道为什么
VP就那么讨厌我，我就onsite才见到他，但是他显然onsite以前就已经讨厌我了，跟我
interview都没说完就说他有事要走，回头再跟我说，然后他回来就没理我了。。。。
。本来是manager极力主张招我的，最后他没有一点办法。

问题我们的manager都说 我要学的东西不是短期内可以弄完的，而且这个vp也承认要是
