请教各位,
现在是STEM OPT阶段(第12-29个月),有full time正式工作,不过非常需要回国一次.
如果去加拿大续签,都说如果被check,就被困在加拿大.那如果我cancel F1申请,利用30
天内回美免签的rule回美国, 会有什么负面效果么, 譬如对以后的H1申请?
By the way, 有近来在渥太华OPT期间续签F1的同志吗? 本人Finance/IT 专业
如果我回果续签, 我第一阶段的OPT就一直呆在美国,第二阶段才回国续签,这样签过的
成功率有把握吗?

请问！！要入职新公司，新公司做H1B transfer时需要我提交关于旧的公司的什么东西
吗？比如pay
stub,就是h1申请材料什么的？谢谢！！

刚拿到atom330的barebone，试了一下手头的x264，720p没有问题,cpu占用率30~70(
depends on bitrate)。
1080p有点卡,不知道优化一下会不好一点，不过我很少下1080p，所以也不介意。
用coreAVC解码，看来双核有那么点用。
整个系统加硬盘不超过50W，今年的HTPC/file server/bt/emule/pps就它了。

No news is good news. Why not check with the program manager about the
status?

我的律师要了旧公司最近一个月的pay stubs.

I checked with the program manager at the end of Jan. He just told me that
he was processing it and would let me know soon.

最好有I129，这H1B的797表，pay check stub基本是必须的。

I did exactly the same at the end of Jan. and got similar answers from the
PM. He contacted me again in mid Feb. and recommended my proposal at the end
of Feb. My proposal was then awarded two weeks later.
So I guess yours are being considered. Just wait.
