昨天statement出来，没有给utility和吃饭3％。
当时enroll的时候，也没有任何confirmation。今天又在网上enroll了一次，不放
心，打电话问印度mm，结果告诉我还是没enroll，然后手动给我enroll了。这个东
西怎么在帐户里看到到底是不是enroll了啊？刚刚进去还让我继续enroll，chase的

问了很多人都说要等新的h1b下来，但是不知道要多久，公司给我办得是加急的。我打
算8月底新工作开始之前回国一趟，但是没有新的i797号码连签证面试都没法预约 :(
一般从交去LCA到approval下来要多久啊，另外i797号码和receipt号码是一样的么？是
不是拿了receipt号码就可以去预约面试了？

Due the unemployment rate in the US currently we are not having much success
with applications at this time. As you may be aware, we must advertise the
position. If there is US citizen who applies and matchs the criteria then
we will not pass the Labor Certification process. We should wait for a while
before attempting the Labor Certification Process. Hopefully the
unemployment rate will improve sooner rather than later.
上面是律师发给我的信，说最近失业率太高打广告的申请的人肯定多，在Labor
Certification process的话没有胜算，所以建议再等等，那得等到什么时候啊，即使
失业率低了也不能保证这个职位就没有人申请啊。
不知道有没有遇到这种情况的朋友，请问各位前辈有何建议么？

有点想重装成xp。用win7的制作系统恢复盘能在装完xp后恢复系统到win7么？一张dvd

最好问HR。我听到的说法是申请境内转身份，没批准前离境属于自动放弃。不知道真的
假的。

别听他忽悠，这两年失业率什么时候低过？该申请就申请，他怎么知道失业率什么时候
能降下去？

同感, 所以freedom改了这种新制度以后, 这张卡就雪藏了.
同样, 我也不碰discover那类的卡.
还是fidelity那种2% flat cb的卡, 用着最舒服.

我们的公司的atternoy也是给公司这个建议，所以公司一直拖着不申请
在我看来这就是b**sh*t，我已经等了2年了，失业率低了么？大把的公司不照样在申请？
有些公司就是比较保守，没办法，看不到前途，准备跳了

怎么在chase网站看有%3？，我%1,3%都不知道哪里看，只能查到rewarding目前是多少

我在08年就遇到同样的问题
首先你要知道，大公司一般都会用御用律师，who only cares about the interest of
company rather than you. 他们考虑问题的出发点永远都是公司利益而不是我们。It
's a sad fact but we have to suck it.
除非你的H1B已经接近第六年了，否则在他们看来根本没有必要冒险上PERM
给你写一下我和公司的斗争过程吧：
我06年进公司
07年服务满一年跟自己老板提出办绿卡（我老板还是巴铁，而且熟悉绿卡申请细节）
巴铁老板非常支持（中巴友谊万岁！）立刻上报HR
公司HR回复此人H1B尚有2年多明年再说，巴铁老板表示爱莫能助
2008年再度提出要求 HR跟我说了你现在听到的这段话
2009年俺H1B已经不能再延了 HR甚至在考虑把我送去加拿大（我那时还有加国PR)一年
，但是俺要求L1A回来，HR死活不从，只肯给H1B或者L1B
最后律师战战兢兢上PERM，不过工作地点从总部换成另外一个失业率不算太高的美国二
线城市
巴铁老板跳槽了不过跳槽前意味深长地对我说：我至少帮你把绿卡这事给办了
我提心吊胆地过了3个月，PERM批了，在TRACKITT更新，引来老印惊呼一片：咋那么快？
其实那个时候DOL开始加速批PERM了
我开始泡这个版直到今天

昨天打电话，同样的故事，一月网上Enroll的没显示，然后要手动Enroll，感觉Chase
就是的网站就是个骗子，根本没用。
另外，客服说了，要等第一季度结束后8周内才能看到3% Reward，
而且这3% Reward一个季度最多$20，不是 Unlimited。

Company's attorney only consider employer's interest.
I bet you anything that the company told this attorney to say so.
They just want to use this crap to control people as long as they can.
You should find another job immediately and say good bye to these fuckers/
losers.

No, the attorney does not even care about employer's interest, they only
care for their own interest/convenience. Because the perm case is like a
fixed bid, the less effort they put in, the more money they make, so they
don't want any complication. They don't care whether you have to wait many
years, they don't care whether your h1 is running out and the company might
lose you. Not their problem.

我去年年初和公司谈办绿卡的时候律师也是那个态度，后来只好等了大半年又重新提出
来，那一次我找了老板，大老板和hr，费了半天才让他们同意给我办，后来办的挺顺利
的。
建议你从自己老板下手吧，能得到老板的支持事情就成功了一半了。这么等下去没头
的，失业率几年内都不一定变好，这几年这么差的市场，大家的perm不也照样批么。
律师是给公司办事的，关键还在于你老板和hr的态度
