wow。好消息呀。我上周末刚弄完1040，幸好没时间去寄。我去年有3个月没医保，被罚
2个月，免罚一个月。那我赶快去修改一下1040，然后再寄出去. 等irs来audit的时候
再说。
我去年本来要买obamacare，后来发现保费比罚款贵，就没买，有意等罚款。如果款也
不用罚了，那太好了。
