H1b 打算回国探亲.
I我的H1B延期，一个月前,刚批准。Together with the approval notice, 律师有一封
信给我们的HR.
In the letter, under "If the Beneficiary is in the U.S.", there are: "If the
Beneficiary has a valid a visa, he/she may use that visa upon returning
from travel outside the U.S. to be re-admitted in to the U. S. for the
remainder of the validity period of the visa. When the visa expires, and if
the foreign national will be travelling abroad with the intention of
returning ot the U.S> under this classification and during the period
authorized, he/she must apply for a new visa, to be valid for the remainder
of the validity period of the Notice, either before departing the U.S.
through the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., or after departing
the U.S. at a U.S. consulate abroad prior to returning to the U.S. For more
information on how to obtain a visa through the U.S. Department of State,
visit <http://travel.state.gov/revals/html>

也是90年代中期的吧。 当年一张 '到底我要等到什么时候' 基本上首首是经典。到底
我要等到什么时候，老兵卖冰，阿弟的初恋，没有人知道我看到彩虹。。。很台湾的作
品。俺现在还没事儿弹弹阿弟的初恋，好歌还是不容易忘掉。
不知道为啥就一张唱片，而且卖的还可以，之后就无声无息了。前两年想起来还放狗搜
过，好像跟唱片公司闹掰了，还出过另外一张还是两张，但是都发行一般。俺还是下了
他两张专辑下来，一直没删。
我要等到什么时候，老兵卖冰，阿弟的初恋，没有人知道我看到彩虹。。。很台湾的作
品。俺现在还没事儿弹弹阿弟的初恋，好歌还是不容易忘掉。
不知道为啥就一张唱片，而且卖的还可以，之后就无声无息了。前两年想起来还放狗搜

可以先到Canada或者Mexico申请美国签证。
但是，一旦被check，不能回美国，只能在Canada或者Mexico等，1-3个月啊。

技术上来说，还是有可能的，现在的新系统预约和缴费都可以在网上完成，如果你满足
免面签的条件，则可以把护照和材料都寄到国内，然后通过国内的代传递免面签系统，
完成签证，然后再把有新签证的护照寄回给你。不过也有可能，因为你的之前的签证没
有入境章，你的I-94没交回，所以你的状态显示你还在美国，如果签证官对此有所顾虑
，可能因此要求你面签。而且，代传递时间比较长，可能数月才能拿回护照。
免面签的条件，则可以把护照和材料都寄到国内，然后通过国内的代传递免面签系统，
完成签证，然后再把有新签证的护照寄回给你。不过也有可能，因为你的之前的签证没

非常谢谢。 我不符合递签的条件。其实已经做好准备去面签了。 突然看到那封信，就
又想还有可能吗？now i know it is not possible.

it is an out of date information. It's the original visa validation program
that was cancelled around 2003. I got H1 visa at DOS St. Louis Center using
this revalidation in the beginning of the century.
