Faculty Doctoral Gown and hood
It appears that each year, renting a faculty doctoral gown and a hood for
PhD student graduation is expensive. I plan to buy one set this year.
Can anyone recommend a website for cheaper Faculty Doctoral Gowns and hood ?

我和老婆都是h1b, 但在同一城市不同单位, 都是医学研究。带在美国出生的三岁娃回
国探亲。不知申请签证是我和老婆是不是分开申请比较好, 还是无所为。就是说DS
1640表上"有没有人同行"一栏是不是要把老婆和孩子填进去。怕一旦被check就是两
个人都check. 如果分开的话, 孩子要不要填进去, 反正孩子又不要签证。还请大家
帮忙。急!

同行并不表示要一起签证吧？
我的理解同行是指一道坐飞机
---我女儿也是不要签证，我填表的时候，同行填了她了。现在已经回美国了。

可是填完ds1640表后, 在线约签证时,填同行者后, 就约到同时面签了。

for Hoods, there are several items to be filled:
a) Fabric Color
b) Velvet Color
c) Field Color
d) Chevron Color
e) Degree (Bachelor, Masters, Doctoral)
How to find these colors for a particular school ?
