sorry I can't type Chinese, need these answers ASAP
1. Can I get H1B visa with a contractor position (even a part-time
contractor position, 30 hours per week for example)?
2. Is there any requirement of minimal working hours to apply for H1B?
(find answer in previous post, 20 hour minimum)
3. Is the part-time H1B visa different from normal H1B visa (i.e. can I use it for a full-time job later)?

a quick note is that you have to get a full time status.. seems part-time
H1B only doesn't work ...

好像thinkpad系列 DP 只能传图像，不能传声音。
Dell Latitude 的 DP 声音图像都可以。
这是机器组装设置问题，跟 DP 本身无关。

You are misguiding him.
1) part time H1B works, but it has to reach the minimum hourly wage set for
your major& title.
30 hours is good enough to get a part time H1B, but how about the hourly
wage? Only you know now.
If your employer is willing to file for full time or part time H1B for you,
it works. but honestly, employers won't sponsor h1b for contractor positioin
in many cases.
2), 30 hours enough
3) very little difference, you can change it to full time.
You basically need to solve two prob

集体运动，讲究领导，分工与合作，而且不以伤人为目的
跆拳道之类martial arts练好了当然不会受欺负，但是不容易与人搞好关系，相反容易
恃强凌弱，尤其是男孩。最后搞不好反而多事

似乎是T400系列没有audio, T410系列lenovo官方说有audio, 但也是经常有用户抱怨说
没有audio

第一段太想当然了吧。理解情况是这样，不理解的情况下还有可能被队里的老资格队员
bully。

parttime h1b needs minimum 20 hours a week with level 1 prevailing wage, and
your job position/duty is related to your major, and your current status is
valid or quite valid (short gap)...
As long as your satisfy the requirement, you can file the application.
