你确认夫妻“任何一方”，还是“夫妻两个”？
如果真的如你所说，那我算有救了。LD父母过去买房，怕收入不够，贷款拿不到，
就让LD和他们co-sign了。所以，LD算是有房产的，我们自认为不能拿到8000。
有没有具体的文件链接给看看？

几十万的房子都买了，还真的在乎这credit。能拿当然最好，不能拿有个新房住也不错
