I am the seller. By contract, it closes on Friday.
Lender didn't get the loan finished or didn't send in the docs to escrow. It
's not loan approval problem.
Escrow company tells to wait.
I'd like to get an advice from expert on what the possible could happen and
what to do.

会。vcd上面的颜色分子体积比较大，比较容易分解褪色。dvd因为分子小，所以稳定一
些。硬盘记录照片的格式和光盘有本质的区别。硬盘靠磁盘上的磁分子记录照片，因为
磁盘在真空环境，所以很稳定。但是注意地球磁场对照片的影响，时间长了照片会磁化
！具体说就是照片会沿着磁场的方向变模糊，就好象“拉丝”一样，相片上的人也会像
照哈哈镜一样扭曲。解决的办法是每隔一段时间，把电脑转45度，可以减缓磁分子被磁
化的“记忆效应”。

I suggest you wait few days because unexpected thing happens all the time.
if you have the evidence that the buyer has already secured the loan but
want to walk away for other reasons, take their EMD and move on.
