我被borker整惨了，来不及close了，只有向朋友做个人贷款，7％的利率，大概17W，
应急用的，借一年，只付利息，请问：
1）买下来后，好做refinance么？
2）利息可以抵税么？

你是不是指全现金买房啊？那你买房后做HELOC不就得了？我不是刚申请了，3.25%的利
息。申请下来后，你就还朋友钱，然后慢慢还HELOC就行了。
申请HELOC不看你的存款什么的。主要看房子的价值、你的信用分和工资。
HELOC的利息可以省部分税。

HELOC 的利率一般低于 MORTGAGE利率？

just market sense, I don't think they can compete with US companies.
I don't think that I am the candidate, and if I were I could get a
