超正点的homemade pesto, 太够味儿啦。
做法：
1. 先做pesto：basil, garlic cloves, olive oil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese 在
blender里面打到creamy. 我们没有food processor，试着用blender也能做，就是慢慢
加料就可以。
2. 同时煮pasta，煮好后和pesto混合。
3. 然后sautee一下醃过的虾，烹点酒进去，熟了以后放在pasta上。旁边放几个罐头
artichoke, done.
附赠一个蓑衣黄瓜，加了老公做的红油（淡鸟的方子），好好吃。

家里的外置硬盘上的mini usb 接口给小孩拉下来了，所以需要一个盒子。
新蛋有这Rosewill的 USB 2.0 硬盘docking Station, $13.99 shipped.

但看到有20%的买主给一棵星。这里有人用过这个吗？到底怎么样。
另外， Amazon有一个Thermaltake BlacX，eSATA 和 USB接口的，$33.28, 在$10
rebate后是 23.28，好像评价要稍好一点。不知道值不值得？

现在买个1T, 2T的外置硬盘也就50，60刀，如果这些Docking Station不是那末可靠，
还不如直接再买个硬盘？

这个完全是看你的需求而定的，Docking多数是在你有多块硬盘，不需要随身携带也不
需要长期挂在机器里的情况下用的
如果你希望快速传输，就选择eSATA或者USB3.0
只要正规品牌的Docking，可靠新没有特别的差异

去年买硬盘的时候这个东西是搭售，free的
手里也有个BlackX，简单的只有usb2
没怎么用过，应该差别不大

the blacx is a very nice one.
esata give you the speed of internal drive
WD green can reach 80MB/s continue write
about 4x faster than usb2.0

I just bought some hardwood floor over the weekend from homedepot.
$2.79/ft2 before using 10% off lowes coupon. I bought some HD GC with 11%
off face value which brings further down the final cost.

Thanks for the feedback.
Yeah, I knew that the eSATA would be faster, but I don't see I will be using
it in the near future since I do not have any computers with eSATA
connectors at all.
My major concern is about the reliability. From reading the reviews at
Amazon and Newegg, I gathered that some people experienced problems with
data corruptions. If this is real, this is a turn-off.
I am not going to move this thing around too much. Probably only between the
3 computers at home.

没试过，可以试试，有的方子不用pinenuts，用煮熟的土豆，感觉不会那么heavy

我粗看了一下这个店的网站，主要看了一下实木地板，觉得这个网站的东西不太可靠，
因为他们不写木头的树种，只写color，和simplefloor一样的手段，我觉得不太好，个
人意见。

The regular price for Brazil cherry @ lumber liquidator is about $5.5/sq ft,
plus labor $2.5/sq ft, around 8~9 bucks per sq ft
I really hope they will lower the price....

i bought some from mit fleamarket.
but it's a bit risky now. something is going on there. even without 11% off
coupon, i think that price is still good 2.5$/ft2 oak. I checked lumber
liquidator.the price was higher. but the floor from hd only carry 5 yr
warranty, compared to others having 15~20yr. but i did not really care, that
's why i jump in hd
