因为预产期在下周，不能亲自陪，父母过来给他们报了途枫网的旅游团，美东六日，今
天应该在纽约坐6点的车回华盛顿，结果六点电话说没赶上车，要坐下一班，接过到快8
点电话还没坐上车，最气人的是，导游居然把爸妈扔在那里不管，自己走掉了，让他们
自己在那里等还不懂英语，也不知道哪班车是去华盛顿的，期间一度还联系不上。中间
联系导游，发现导游也换了，问最后导游的电话，他们还互相包庇。最后父母全靠自己
安全上车了。期间打途枫网，找投诉，居然只能发email，实在是气不过，真不知道还
有什么办法。
现在扔努力投诉中，希望大家以后注意这个团，真是太差劲了

Finally, today is the closing date for my loan.
The lender (Bank of America) requires a liquidation of my CD account in
INGDIRECT.
On last Friday, I called INGDIRECT to
1. Close my CD account and transfer the money to Saving account in INGDIRECT
.
2. Transfer money in the INGDIRECT saving account to Wellsfargo checking
account.(I need to get money check from wellsfargo to pay the down payment)
What the lender needs is just a writing document about the CD account was
closed and money was transfer

现在NARROW DOWN到这两个MODEL,不确定应该具体选哪个.用途其实就是多装一些普通的
软件,和OFFICE,没有画图和编程的需要.

1. If you still have the loan contingency, you can choose to walk away
because you cannot get a loan by the closing date.
2. Negotiate with the seller to add an addendum to extend the closing date
if you have the above option or you put a very low deposit (less than the $
250*n fine).
In general, the builder wants to sell the house as quick as possible and
does not want to put it back on the market. So you have a big chance to
extend the closing date and avoid the $250 daily fine.

and if you need money from CD for downpayment, you need do it early

The money is shown in your saving account. Why can't you transfer the money
from your saving to Wellsfargo? Why do you need your CD account information?

奇怪了，我的CD当时终止，当时就可以转了，再转到BOA也就花了几天时间，到了BOA就
可以出支票了。而且都可以在网上办，不用call啊。

这是BofA的办loan的人有问题。你有CD以前的statement，就能证明你有这笔钱。为什
么还要其他证明？
至于INGDirect，网上银行都这样，不做什么extra的work，成本低才能利率高。

Thanks a lot for posting feedback in this thread. Finally, Ingdirect sent me
email about the transaction today after I sent complain to Ombudsman of the
bank yesterday. The loan was closed.

ING Direct is an internet bank,
most traditional banks such as BOA will treat this kind of banks differently.
Say, BOA will accept cashier's check from another physical bank as cash,
but treat cashier's check from internet banks such as IngDirect, ETrade, etc
, as a regular check, which means, it is likely to take one week to
liquidate the cashier's check.
So do it in advance!
