第8项：The following persons are dependent upon me for support
这是填现有家庭成员（非探亲父母）需要你财政支持的。如果夫妻两人都工作，有一个
三个月大的孩子，需要填孩子的信息（0岁）吗？填的话，是Wholly Dependent还是
Partially Dependent呢（因为夫妻都工作有收入）？
第10项：I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s)
这项的问题是，之前父母的DS-160申请表是本人准备并且file的（因为都是英文），以
拿到confirmation number才能办理后面的程序，可是后来都是父母在国内去中信银行
办理的免面签手续并交的签证费。这样算是“I have submitted a visa petition on
behalf of my parents” 吗？

即将发布的Intel Z68芯片组不但会更好地支持Sandy Bridge处理器超频，还将引入一
项固态硬盘缓存技术“SSD Caching”，不过看起来Intel似乎觉得这个名字不够响亮，
于是又改成了“Smart Response”(智能响应)。名字更换的同时，具体功能丝毫未动。
该技术能让用户将一块小容量固态硬盘用作高速系统缓存，搭配大容量机械硬盘或者混
合硬盘组成双硬盘系统，进一步改善系统性能。
Tom's Hardware此前使用希捷Barracuda XT硬盘搭配Intel X25-M固态硬盘做缓存进行
的测试显示，这项技术在PCMark Vantage测试中体现出了很大的作用，系统载入、程序
载入、硬盘性能、游戏性能等四个项目的得分都大幅提高，但是对操作系统启动、文件
拷贝项目基本没有作用。
这已经不是Intel第一次试图通过将闪存作为缓存来提升系统性能，但是之前在笔记本
上开发的“迅盘”技术遭遇彻底失败(有趣的是英文叫作Flash Response)，不知道这次
Smart Response前景如何。

//是的，我的情况是LD没有工作，所以宝宝和LD都是我的wholly dependent。感觉你没
有必要想的这么细，这个选项的目的是看你是不是dependent过多，泥菩萨过江，自己
都搞不定，当然就没法再sponsor外人了。只要你或你的工资证明足够高，USCIS才没有
兴趣知道你家是双工资还是单工资。保险起见，我觉得都是wholly dependent吧，否则
剩下部分是谁来买单？

有必要想的这么细，这个选项的目的是看你是不是dependent过多，泥菩萨过江，自己

--> My response: I ended up choosing to leave that item blank. The reason is
that our baby can be financially "Wholly Dependent" on my LD, in other
words it has nothing to do with me.

--> My response: Agree. I chose to fill it in as "None". This is actually a
tricky question on comparing "visa application" and "visa petition". I don't
think these two concepts are exactly the same. For I-160, it's one of the
steps for visa application, and the steps of 中信银行办理的免面签手续并交的
签证费 are the visa petition steps. As a whole it's the visa application
process. In that sense, visa application covers visa petition. If it's an
immigrant visa, the step of I-140 is "visa petition", and the steps of I-485
etc. are some steps of green card application. In all, I think the concept
of "visa application" covers "visa petition", the latter being a part of the
former.
